1. This Privacy Policy defines principles of gathering, processing and using personal data obtained by (hereinafter referred as “the Website”).
2. The Website is owned by BAWSOME sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, (00-070), ul. Kozia 3/5 m.93, tax identification number (NIP): 5252582091, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 147256211, entered in the register of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Warszawa, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000510936; e -mail:, hereinafter referred to as BAWSOME. BAWSOME is also the Personal Information Administrator.
3. BAWSOME acts with the utmost care in order to ensure privacy of Users who visit the Website.

§ 1 How do we collect data?

1. BAWSOME collects data on individuals who run economic or professional activity on their own behalf (hereinafter referred to as the Entrepreneurs), and data on individuals who perform legal actions that are not directly related to their activity.
2. Clients' personal data is collected during in-Shop purchases.
3. During order placing, the Client provides the following information:
a) address (street, house / flat, zip code, city and country);
b) e-mail;
c) name and surname;
d) phone Number;
In the case of Entrepreneurs, the data range is further extended by the company name and its Business Tax Number.
4. When using the contact form on the Website Shop, the Client shall provide the following data:
a) e-mail;
b) name and surname.
5. While the Client browses the Website, BAWSOME collects additional information (IP address assigned to the Client’s computer or external IP address of Client’s ISPs, domain name, browser type, time of access, type of operating system).
6. Moreover, Navigational Data may be collected from the Clients, including information on links and hyperlinks that they decide to click or other activities performed at the Website.

§ 2 How do we use collected data?

1. When the Client performs a purchase in the Shop, his personal data is used for processing the order and delivering the product, and can therefore be passed to the Provider ie. the courier company.
2. If a Client chooses to pay for the order via PayU system, his personal data shall be transferred to PayU S.A. company seated in Poznan, Poland in the scope necessary for the accomplishment of the Agreement.
3. Navigational Data may be used to provide better services for Clients, perform analyses of statistical data and adjust the Website to Client’s preferences and to administer the Website.

§ 3 Cookies mechanism, IP address

1. The Website uses small files called cookies. They are recorded by BAWSOME Website on the visitors computer, if the web browser allows such recording. Cookie file usually contains the name of its original domain, its expiry time and an individual random number that identifies it. Information collected by means of such files allows to adjust services offered by BAWSOME to individual preferences and actual needs of Website’s visitors. It also gives an opportunity to work out general statistics of hits into information presented at the Website.
2. BAWSOME uses two types of cookie files:
a) Session cookie: recorded information is deleted from memory of a device after the end of a session of a given web browser or after a computer is turned off. Session cookie mechanism does not allow for collection of any personal data and other confidential information from User’s computer.
b) Persistent cookie: they are kept on User’s hard disk drive until they are deleted. Persistent cookie mechanism allows for data storage with the User’s consent only (expressed for instance when the User selects the “remember me” option upon logging in). In no case are such files recorded permanently.
3. BAWSOME uses its own cookies to:
a) authenticate the Website and to ensure the user session in the Website (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not need to constantly retype his login and password;
b) analyse and survey the audience, and in particular to create anonymous statistics that help understand how Clients use the Website, therefore helping improve its structure and content.
4. BAWSOME uses external cookies to:
a) collect general and anonymous statistical data through Google Analytics (administrator of external cookies: Google Inc seated in the US).
b) promote the website through social networking service (administrator of external cookies: Instagram LLC.seated in the US);
c) present multimedia content from (cookies external administrator: Vimeo, LLC., based in the U.S.);
d) present Certificate of Reliable Regulations through the (external cookies administrator B2B Consulting Sp. z o.o. seated in Warsaw).
5. The cookie mechanism is safe for computers of the Website’s Users. In particular this way does not give a possibility for viruses or other unwanted or malicious software to enter the Users’ computers. Still, Users have an option in their web browsers to limit or switch off the access of cookie files to their computers. If they use this option, they may still use the Website without access to functions that due to their nature require cookies.

7. BAWSOME may collect Users’ IP address. IP address is a number assigned to the computer of a website visitor by his ISP. IP number allows Users to access the Internet. In most cases, the computer is assigned dynamically, i.e. it changes every time the User connects to the Internet and therefore is widely regarded as non-personally identifying information. The IP address is used by BAWSOME in diagnosing technical problems with the server, creating a statistical analysis (e.g. determining regions from which we note the most visits), as information useful in administering and improving the Website, as well as for security purposes and the possible identification of aggravating server unwanted automatic programs for viewing Website content. The Website contains links and hyperlinks to other web pages. BAWSOME shall not be responsible for privacy policies in force therein. Therefore if the User goes through the Website to a page managed by another administrator, BAWSOME encourages the User to acknowledge the privacy policy adopted there.

§ 4 Access to data

1. Only authorised BAWSOME employees have access to personal information collected by the Website.
2. Users’ information may be also made available to entities authorised to receive it by applicable legal provisions, in particular competent law enforcement agencies and entities listed in the clause “How do we use collected data?”.
3. BAWSOME provides its Clients with access to their data and the possibility to freely modify them at any time. BAWSOME may refuse to remove personal data if the Customer fails to pay all amounts owed to the Seller or violates applicable law, and keeping the personal data is necessary to explain the circumstances and determine the liability of the Customer.

§ 5 Protection devices

1. BAWSOME uses protection devices that ensure protection of personal information against its loss, unauthorised use and modification. BAWSOME undertakes to protect all data in compliance with the norms of security protection and confidentiality.
2. Personal information is protected in compliance with the Act on personal data protection of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2002 no 101 item 926, as amended) in a way preventing from access of third parties.

§ 6 Amendments to the Privacy Policy

1. BAWSOME reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy and states that it will provide the date of the last amendment whenever a new amendment is issued.
